Our
Company

incorporated
in 2003,

recognised
the need
to
provide

assist
in
meeting

the
difficulties
experienced

both the

and the
associated

and
funders,
as a
result
of the
increased
need for
compliance
within
the
legal
marketplace.
We
recognised
that
many
organisations
would
not have
the
infrastructure
in place
to meet
the
needs
and
requirements
of the
ever
changing
regulatory
framework
and that
there
was a
need for
a
service
such as
ours to
bridge
that
gap.
We
acknowledge
that
commercially

are
constantly
